This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently erased from our servers. There is no recovery option.
How to delete your account

Open ChallengeTies
Launch the app on your device and make sure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar (gear icon, bottom right).

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion
Read the confirmation prompt carefully and confirm. Your account will be deleted immediately and permanently.
What will be permanently deleted
- Your profile (username, email, profile photo)
- All challenge progress and completion history
- Your streaks, trophies, and rewards
- All duo partnerships and pending invitations
- Your leaderboard rankings
- All personal data associated with your account
Note: cancelling an active subscription must be done separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your ChallengeTies account.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly at
support@challengeties.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.
